Fuel Filter in a 98 RAM

Fuel Filter in a 98 RAM
Anybody know if I have a Fuel Filter on my 98 Dodge RAM 1500? I know there in one in the tank with the fuel pump. I don't see any inline filters under the hood, so maybe there is one inline underneath somewhere?</P>

More than likely, you don't have an inline filter. Try looking on the driver side underneath all the way back to the tank. I hope you're not having problems and just want to do some preventative maintenance.I would just suggest gas treatment occasionally.</P>
I have a friend with a '96 1500, doesn't; mine, a 2500'99 doesn't; my husband's '01 1500 doesn't. </P>
