Just special ordered a new 1500 slt custom with everything in Patriot Blue. One thing that pissed me off was i could't get the sport package in it. I had to get chrome (not bad) andI had to special order a grille with those billetsinstead of the basic slt grille. Does anybody no why Dodge did'nt offer that package in Patriot Blue.

 

The sport package is limited to certain colors to keep production costs in check? Who knows.

 

I never noticed that! I went to the dodge.com configurator and
you're absolutely right. If you select the Sport Package, it
limits your colors to:



<ul>[*]Atlantic Blue[*]Black[*]Silver[*]White[*]Red[*]Graphite[/list]I'm guessing dsmazz is right. They probably only stock the monochrome grill and bumpers in the most popular colors.



Do you have your heart set on Patriot Blue (almost black in low
light)? Both Atlantic Blue and Graphite look really sweet by my
eye.
