2001 ram Front extra fog lights in chrome portion of bumper

2001 ram Front extra fog lights in chrome portion of bumper
I saw another Ram 1500 that had my fog lights the OEM ones in the middle , but also it had a set made into the chrome portion of the bumper. Anyone know about these? Or where I can get them to install myself or find that bumper. They looked real nice. The bumper actually had 4 og lights in the bumper total.
