Default TICKING!

Hey, newbie here, just bought my 05 1500 4x4 and get a ticking sound coming from my drivers front wheel. The ticking is spiratic and only at slower speeds. Just wondering if it could be a rock stuck in the brakes or in the 20" wheel? I did find a rock stuck behind the disc brake shield but its still there, any thoughts?

Does it increase in speed when you increase in speed. If so it's probably a rock, my uncle replaced almost the whole side of his truck's suspension before he found the rock.
