1997 loud squeaks....
My 97 Ram 1500 squeaks loudly when I turn the wheel or hit a bump. It seems to be coming from the left/front and I have already lubed the chasis. Any ideas? I am really affraid that I need bushings replaced or some other expensive work done.

Well, this hasn't happened on my Ram but a different truck I owned, that noise was from the control arm bushings. I switched to urethane (sp) bushing and the noise was gone. Hope this helps.</P>
