Default 95 Dodge Ram PCV valve and foa

My first question is the replacing of the pcv valve on my 95 Ram with the 5.2. I don't know if it has ever been replaced with the truck having 111,000. Would it help the truck out by replacing it? Also, I'm getting some moisture on my dipstick. The dipstick is rusty and the oil is brown looking. I changed the oil and it looked fine. Any ideas of where the moisture would be coming in at? The radiator doesn't leak so thats nota problem. Thanks for your time.

ghogs5, the way i always checked was to shake the pcv valve. if it rattles, its good. they rent that expencive to change one out anyway. as far as the milky dipstick, i had that prob in an old ford truck and it turned out to be the head gasket was going in it. others in here would know better ,so dont rely on me only. good luck duane
