check the manual for the car, there is usually a series of things you
gotta do to disable factory alarms and locks. to get the seatbelt
warning chime to quiet, i had to put in like a nintendo code to shut it
off, like buckling and unbuckling the seatbelt with the truck off six
times in ten seconds, turning headlights on, and wierd stuff like that,
anyways, it sounds wierd and it is, but it should be in the manual of
the things you gotta do to disable the locks.

 

Yes, there are directions in the owners manual. Mine are set to lock when I reach 15 MPH and I shut off the annoying tattletale horn-beeping/light-blinkingresponse when using the keyless entry.</P>

hmmm, i like the horn blowing/light blinking feature, i always forget where im parked, and this actaully came in handy twice <img src=smileys/smiley4.gif border="0">
