about 4 years ago i bought a tanneau cvr for my ram from LeBra</P>
about a year and a half ago the rails that hold the cvr up in the middlebroke</P>
about 2 weeks ago i was on the website for LeBra to see if i could order them</P>
i could not find the parts so i emailed customer service and asked if they were available to order</P>
the next day they emailed me back and asked what moddel year and what box and such i told him</P>
he said he would ship them right out </P>
NO CHARGE</P>
now thats what i call customer service</P>
normaly i dont go on like this but i thought that was verry cool</P>
so if you are looking for a tanneau cvr for your truck </P>
check them out</P>
ps i just got them today thats why im ranting lol</P>

That is great news! Customer service is something that no company should have to work on. Itshould be part of thier normal business practice. It is not that hard to give someone the respect they deserve, and stand behind your products when needed. It is not hard to deliver great customer service, its just overlooked and under estimated. </P>
