Does anybody know if it's possible to convert a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 to a Dual Rear wheels setup, and if so, would I just need to buy the dually hubs, drums, and backing plates or would I need to replace the whole rearend.

The reason I ask is I'm looking at getting a new 48' Enclosed car trailer, just wanna have the extra width for a bit more stability and capacity without buying a separate tow rig.

 

Several companies sell kits to convert these over, fenders and all! One that comes to mind is JC Whitney.
