Hello, i am a new member to DodgeForum and i was looking for some advice. I recently purchased my new truck, being a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. After the purchase i removed the mudflaps and WTF!!! RUST!!! The previous owner screwed holes in the fender and put these flaps on and water/salt/gunk has collected causing rust. Then i have also noticed that the previous owner tried to cover up the rust with a close matching spray paint or primer. Can anyone help me to remove this rust and repaint this the cheapest way possible please!
