Most auto part stores sell thin plastic scrapers that should do the trick. Your best bet is to heat it, you could use a heat gun if you have one available or if not a hair dryer, just remember they arent designed for prolonged use. just heat the moldings up and then start peeling them, once it starts coming up you can pull it with a pair of channel locks, DONT use your hands as this material can easily cut you WIDE and DEEP if you hand was to slip. (By the way, this info is from Sport Truck Magazine in an artical I read about 2 weeks ago)

I have taken these off of many, many trucks to replace the black moldings with chrome ones. Get a plastic or wood trim stick from a parts store or usr a strong thin piece of wood. Start at one end at the top or bottom of the molding. It is held on with 2 pieces of double stick tape. Pry the molding away from the truck just enough to get a good grip on it and they just pull it off by hand the rest of the way. These moldings are plastic, not metal. Sometimes the tape comes off with the molding and leaves nothing on the truck but smoetimes it doesn't . There are two easy ways to get the tape off the door.. The easiest way is to buy a 3-M stripe remover and use it with a air-drill or good high speed electric drill. This is my prefered method. It will not hurt the paint as long as you don't leave it in one place too long. The 3-M srtipe remover is really just a big rubber eraser and works great. The only problem I ever had with the stripe eraser is that they DO NOT work at all if the metal is wet. The other method is to roll it off with your thumb. This works good but you might get a blister. Good luck

i think those molding are behing held on by liek a special type of double stick foam..

Try getting some fishin wire and just sliding it behind the molding..

once thats off i think theres this like plastic wheel that you can attacth to a drill and rubb off the sticky stuff

I would go either the plastic scraper or monofiliment route, I would stay away fromt he wood though, that would scratch the paint. After that a good adhesive remover or goo be gone and some elbow greese and your all set.
