What are some suggestion to get more power out of my 4.7 magnum.

If you can find them, cams. Best bang for the buck is certainly HO cams. Also check into programers like Superchips, CAI/FIPK kits and high flow exhaust mufflers. I haven't done the efan swap yet but the guys who have swear by it.

About how much power would a cam swap give me. And the price. And would someone prof install it because I am mechinically retarded

A cam swap isn't hard if you know what your doing. There are good directions out there, I used a Hayne's manual during my first swap. HO cams run about $200 and are on national backorder. There are 206 grinds from KRC performance but they are more expensive, around $600 or so. With the HO cams an average of 20hp increase is the norm. With 206 cams and a tune 25 or so.
