what weighs more - rim or tire?

for example.. I've got those butt-ugly 20" polished aluminum rims with 275/60/20 tires, so my overall diameter is around 33"... I would rather go with a 33" tire on a 17" rim.... so overall diameter is same.. but will the weight increase or decrease?

I have the same tires and they are freakin heavy and off the rim the tire is still a handful... I would have to agree with casper and say that it probly wont be any different.
