Default Bed Liners

What is the best spray in bed liner? Anyone had trouble with fading or pealing.

Haven't heard the best of any....they all seem to crack over time...which many manufactures of these say to reapply....why not just buy
the truck liner?

2 that I have personally seen and have been around that both hold up well are Line X and Rhino Lining. Both have taken alot of punishment and held up well. The line X faded from when it was fresh but still liked good. The advantage of the Rhino Liner was that it can be colored the color of your truck. I believe both come with gurantees if they chip or peel. I have also seen some cheap off name brands that look like crap and peel real bad.

I had Line-X applied through a local Ziebart shop. It was pretty good. I had a toobox in the back that slid into the wheel well and did a pretty good dent. The liner chipped off in about a 6" circle. Took it back and they reapplied it. I dont think that many will be able to handle the streching of metal due to damage but get one with the warranty.

WARNING WARNING! DO NOT USE HERCULINER!

No I know this said SPRAY ON... but for anyone thinking of doing it yourself...

I did... and I regret it. The provided {company recommended} amount for a truck of my size {6 foot bed} was not enough, I had to stop and go get more... I followed the directions to the letter. Cleaned out the bed, scratched it up with sandpaper and recleaned, let dry, applied the Herculiner and within 6 months, it peeled, cracked, broke. One time I hauled some tree pieces in it... I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE BED TOTALLY CLEAN! The frickin Herculiner won't stick the the bed, but it holds on to everything else.

One day I'll strip her and have it done professionally...

There, had to tell my story... I'm done now.

Yea, I've heard wonders about it... but alas... I must put more into making it fast over making it able to haul stuff... I have a tonneau cover, so it's never seen or used. I'll get it done right one day.

Linex is better than Rhino IMO. It doesn't fade near as bad as the Rhino.

I just had a regular liner installed by the dealer when I got my truck new.
It has a cool Rams head embossed in it at the front wall.
