Just a quick question about the 2003 and 2004 Dodge Ram trucks. Are there no differences between them than just the chrome dodge emblem on the wheel. I want to purchase upgrades for my 04 hemi but can only find parts for the 03 hemi. Are there any differences? Can I order 03 parts for an 04?

 

Some parts are interchangeable, some are not with the AWD models.

 

Just the sterring wheel (chrome RAM head and button designs/layout), and the the 2004 has two small head bolsters for the rear seats, they are non-existent on the 2003, yet are about $80 or less to add on through third party which are available everywhere. Those are the differences. Those that have the 2004, love the chrome head on the steering wheel, those who have the 2003 say better without because it can catch sunglare and hit you in the eye...go figure....small differences between the two
