Remove stock air box (coffin) and replace with cold air intake. To save mileage, park it. You got a Hemi son, use it

More speed and better gas milage are two things that can not be accomplished together. I am looking at putting on a CAI and True dual exhaust with an H-pipe design using Magnaflow mufflers. Has anyone tried this? How does it sound?

If I had to pick one, it would be to get more power , how much more power can I expect with a cold intake? And what about a computer "chip" add on, do those work pretty good?
