Well, for those that have noticed my posts, I have been looking at lifts for my '98 Ram 4x4. After having a couple lifted Jeep Cherokees I couldn't leave the truck alone. I finally decided that I woudl put on 33's and they fit stock. Only rubs a LITTLE at FULL lock or under hard compression. Well, decided I wanted a 3" lift (3" up front and 1" out back" and felt Rough Country would be a good choice. I tried 3 times and each time,somehow I didn't get it. I won one buy it now, but it wasn't in stock. 2nd one was cancelled before the auction ended. This 3rd time I bought it from 4WD 4 Less. It was cheaper from them than from Rough Country directly. I figured I could save a few bucks. Well,its been 4 weeks now and all I have is a 2WD lift that I JUST sent back to Rough Country directly. I tried MANY times and Tennesse4x4 is the suer name and 4WD4LESS is the gusy store name. He is WORTHLESS. Doesnt return emails, claims it doesnt work, funny,he sells a lot of stuff. Then I get forwarded to Jeff the VP at Rough Country.... WOW what a DECENT GUY. He's bent over backwards. Sent me calltags almost immediatly via Email. Several phone calsl to make sure things are good. This guy DIDN'T have to do all this. He even told me the refund woudl be immediate just as soon as he got ahold of the guy. I finally told him to jsut tell me if the 4wd kit is in stock,he says no, not till after the holiday. I tell him,if they can get me the kit by NEXT weekend, I would be very happy. He assusred me that since I UPS'd it back today in time for pickup, it SHOULD be there by Tuesday. POSSIBLY by Friday if UPS was very fast. IF at anytime you find your looking for a lift kit, give Rough Country a try, the customer service has been LIGHT YEARS ahead of the rest. I can't say how much more releived I am today.....
