You guys and gals are making me broke....
My ex-wife (not because of her cooking) used to put tuna fish in the mac and cheese. I refused to touch the stuff, but once sneaked a taste.....not bad. [sm=smiley36.gif]
I got the headers in. I was impressed and a little sad at the same time that there was no huge noise from the headers. When you stand on it they make a bit more noise but at normal driving it is only slight. That is just fine with me.
And the power from them is very good. It helped lower to mid range power allowing me to use less throttle to get it going. This should help my MPG. But the extra power is just too easy to use so it will be a wash. I will say that the engine does seem to keep the power all the way to redline. It used to bogg out after 4000 RPM. Now it just keeps pulling. I took plenty of pictures of the process and will post a tech piece in the next few days. I spoke to Gibson tech service and got a few good tips.
Now, I have made mac-&-cheese with hamburger. I could see tuna maybe. But hot dogs......bologna?????? And I draw the line at SPAM. I thought that it SPAM was made of lips and a#@hole...beak, feet and waddle.[:'(] Its the other, other, other white meat. NOT FOR ME THANK YOU!!!!!!!
Eric
P.S. I will write the tech pieces after I get out of my 14 hour days at work. Maybe this weekend.

My cat back is the stock pipes with a three chamber Flowmaster where the original muffer was. I am into the stealth factor when it comes to my truck. Most people when they hear my truck rolling by have no clue as to what I have done to it. I know that I can make a few more horsepower with a complete cat back system but for the $125 the flowmaster cost and the stealth factor I am very happy.
I have thought about the M1 intake a few times. I still need to do some research on the benifits if it. From what I know it helps a bunch with the upper end power....but the lower and mid suffer a bit. I am in way to much traffic to lose a bunch of low end power.
The headers were found on Ebay. I can try to get hold of the vender to see if they would like to do a group purchase. Give me a few days on this one.
Also, I will get some pictures up soon. I may need the help of our fearless leader on this one. I have been up to my armpits in aligators at work.......the lube equipment and lift business in the Bay Area has been on fire and it is taking a lot of my time. I will post pictures soon.
Also (#2) if you guys and gals have not been able to tell, I am the type that will analyze things to the "N-th" degree. It is one of my greatest benifits as well as one of my greatest faults. Hope it is not driving you guys and gals nuts..........it is driving me nuts.

Eric
you want performance... check these guys out
http://www.krcperformance.com/newcontent/home.html
Take a look at their m1 info. I definately plan on doing the M1, headers, exhaust & Hypertech. I also plan to squeeze a few extra mpg out of the ram which is currently top priority. A nice hiway mpg goal would be 18... maybe reachable since my daughter squeezed over 15 out of it on a test run... the little $hit... well damn the lead foot of mine :-)

Seems like you're really making some progress... however, I feel obliged to let you know that the fine folks at Hormel ( the makers of Spam ) insist that it is NOT parts and pieces!!!! Anyways, hope you are enjoying the mods on your truck! Good Luck!
