Tom. I just purchased a Peragon Cover. It is similar to the cover you mentioned, except it's aluminium, not foam with an aluminium skin. The cost is a bit less also. We love the cover. It doesn't rattle, was easy to install, it locks, it's sealed well, it's removable, and it looks super. The peragon cover actually folds into the bed, rather than stacks on top of itself.
