Break In period

Break In period
With only 2300 miles on my Hemi and running 87 octane in it. When would be a safe time to consider it safe to start making performence mods? I am pretty hard on in it sometimes and love to squeal those tires but I am afraid to really start turning her up and railing? What do ya'll recommend?
