Power loss. HELP!!
Hello,
Please help me, I'm desperate! My truck (360 ci v8, 2001 Ram) engine is failing. When I step on the gas, the engine starts failing at 3800 RPM. I'm not sure how to describe it. It starts "bouncing", the RPM's fall down to 3000 RPM, and I can't go any further than 3800 RPM. It runs hard until 3000 RPM, and then it starts loosing power. Can any one help me please? I've noticed a buzzing sound coming from the gas tank, I guess its the pump, but it didn't sounded that way before. Also I hear a loud "clicking" noise from the engine after 3000 RPM, I guess that sound comes from the injectors, but I'm not sure.
