Default Performance Chip

I am planning on buying one of these products and wanted to know what everyone thinks is the better choce:

Hypertech Power Programmer III or Kenne Bell OPTIMIZER II or Other Suggestion

It looks like the Kenne Bell Optimizer II is about $50 more than the Hypertech Power Programmer III. I'm not to worried about the price, I just want to get the best one.

Sorry, suppose I should have added that info in.
I have a 98 Ram 2500 with 5.9L. I have the Fastman Throttle body on order. K&N FIPK. Currently I have stock exhaust, but I'm planning on getting the Gibson cat back along with a high flow cat and Gibson headers.

I am looking into the KB Optimizer. Superchips claims 10% HP gains and 13% TQ gains. My dyno showed only 4.5% HP and 5.9% TQ.

Look into products that have dynos for your specific application.

Reading over the the FAQ's on Kenne Bell's web page, it sounds like the OPTIMIZER II is for vehicals that already have his supercharger installed. It also sounds like they don't recommend upgrading the intake system. They have to install the optimizer on your PCM. You have to send it into them to get the OPTIMIZER II instaled, which means you can't drive your truck until they send it back.

Maybe it would be better to get the Hypertech's Power Programmer III or maybe the Mopar PCM

I was looking on their website and the only chips I could find were only offered to the Lightning and Cobra. I might not have looked hard enough though, I'll give it another once-over.
