Default Ram Grille Inserts - temp problems?

I have been looking at the front grille inserts by Putco and others but have a concern. With adding that will it significantly raise my engine temp and restrict cooling for my truck?

I live in FL so it stays warm to quite warm year round so cooling is a concern. Any of you "southerners" or "desert" folks have any experience with these products?

All input appreciated.

It depends, if you are just going to put a billet grill on it, dont worry. If you are going to put one of the small opening mesh grills on it, then you might want to be carefull. Some are designed to restrict airflow.
