Hey all !! Great Site !!
I ordered a 4x4 HEMI 1500 Laramie on April 2, now its been 7 weeks, and I can't seem to find out when DC expects to build it !! I called the 800 number and talked to customer service, they tell me they've never seen anything like it, they have no idea what the hold up is.............anybody have any ideas how I can contact someone who can shake this truck loose ?!?!?!

I'm wearing the 97' out !!

I'm also looking into an exhaust for it, anyone hear anything (good or bad ?!?!) about "Aero-Turbine" exhausts ?? The sound bite on the web site sounded great ! I went and listened to one on a 2003 Hemi, but they don't have the resonator...... I don't want to rattle the neighbors windows !!

 

Welcome to the forum. I've never ordered up a new vehicle, so I have no idea on that.

Rattling the windows is what a good exhaust is all about.[sm=smiley17.gif]

 

yeah... my friends cousin had a dodge ram a 98 i think with a nice 3 inch lift and some nice set of aggresive tires not true mudders and the set of duals he had on it where sweet. It sounded like a boat exhaust(under water) when it was idleing... ohhh i wanted it so much and it was even for sale but i could't get my dad to buy it [sm=smiley13.gif]

And i really wish i could tell you what brand it was and also why your truck isnt out yet.

 

RR is 100% right....my Mopar/Borla rattles the windows and my freon air horn rattles the doors......[sm=smiley36.gif]

All I know is that I didn't have any problem when I ordered mine.
It Actually came in early.
I ordered it on 4/05/04
it showed up at the dealer on 4/22/04
and I picked it up on 4/26/04
