Ive had my exhaust and intake for a while now and i never even thought of reseting the trucks computer. Is this a necessity or will the computer adapt to the mods over time? after i put in the headers should i unplug the comp. also?
maybe i'm missing out on something. thanks

 

Resetting the PCM is just for immeadiate relearn. If you have been driving for a few weeks after mods it has already learned what it needs to.

 

I'm guessing if i had reset the pcm i would have noticed a more dramatic change. this is something i will try after i get a set of headers.
