HEMI STEERING/IDLE VIBRATION
My 04qc hemi slt seems to vibrate alot. When stopped it is almost like a pulsation for a few seconds along with a small groan. This happens whether the AC is on or off. It also does it when i turn the wheel a little, not like the normal power steering noise but more of a groan with a vibration.
ANYONE HAVE ANY SIMILAR PROBLEMS/FIXES?

I just got the same truck, and I have noticed the same vibration you are talking about. I was going to ask when I bring it to the dealer this week. Seems like it could just be normal engine vibration though. I also have a swish, swish, swish noise somewhere, might be a loose belt or that could be normal too.. Do you hear that noise in your truck, when in park or idle? Also, I have the infinity sound system and the drivers side door vibrates like crazy when the bass hits, is that the same for your truck? I will let you know what I find out from the dealer.
Same truck too.
No speaker/door noise.
The swishing is more likely to be a tight fanbelt. The rough idle (vibration) is probably due to the fairly hot cams they use in these engines. That's part of the reason the HEMI feels rev-happy and makes most of it's power and torque higher in the revs than a typical large V8.
Hot cams make power, but almost always give a rough, loping idle.

Hey guys, I am going to post a thread about the door vibration with the infinity sound system. I had the same thing and I know how to fix it real easily. The dealer showed me what to do.
