I know a cheap way to LIFT a truck is to add a leaf spring. To lower, can you just remove a leaf? I would guess you are not hauling anywhere near the max capacity so it should be fine.

I have seem kits to raise the front end to be level with the rear. Is the truck too high in back or you just want to level it?

There are a couple things you can do, you can get a shackle drop kit which is real easy to put in and will almost level the truck. The other is to get a flip kit. Both of these can be bought from Ground Force Suspensions... I used the shackle kit on my 2004 QC and it is almost level which is ok for now. Once I get a little more money saved I am going to put the complete Ground Force drop on it which is a 1.5 drop in front and a 4.3 drop in back with shocks....

Cool, are you putting it on a reg or quad cab? I cant wait to see the pics....

Also I got a reply back from Ground Force and the 02-03 kit is different from the 04 kit for the QC at least... This is the reply I got "We have a kit for your 2004 Dodge Ram Quad Cab which also works with a hemi.
The kit number is 9930 and gives you a 1.3" drop in the front and 4.3" drop
in the rear."

does lowering your truck affect camber wear? When I lowered my Talon I needed a camber correction kit to compensate. Do trucks have the same problem?

The ground force kit for the '04 uses coils up front for the 1.3" drop and a flip kit in back for the 4.3" drop. It should keep the factory camber in front since you are only dropping it 1.3". Trucks will have camber problems if you start to use aftermarket control arms and more than 2" drop coils, but usually you just have to get them realligned.
