whats a good, safe amount to lower my truck? Do I have to worry about camber wear? What product makes the best lowering kit?

If you are going to lower a 04 HEMI QC, then I would have to say use the Ground Force Kit, I have heard nothing but good things about it. It is a 1.5/4.3 drop and it looks great on every truck I have seen it on.

I dont have the drop yet, I am getting ready to order it in the next month, but I have been doing my research and that seems the way to go, IMO. I will see if I can find any pictures.

I have looked everywhere and I have not really found anything yet, when I do find it, I will let you know. It should cost around $500 for the kit. You can go with DJM and Western Chasis but they do not inlcude shocks and it is really not a full kit, it is just a flip kit and front springs. Ground Force is a complete suspension kit. I am going to go hunt for prices now.

I found the kit on summitracing.com for 499.99, which is the cheapest I have seen it. I did look at the groundforce site and it says that it is for the 02-03, so I have emailed them to see if it will fit the '04. I have the shackles already on my truck and they say they are for the 02-03 only, but they fit on my '04, hopefully that is the same for the full kit.

And it is free shipping. There is a $9 handling fee.... That is the cheapest that I could find.
