I dont know if you guys already know, but some 03 Rams have a service bulletin out on them. On the trucks when you press the brakes your truck will pulsate some. Mine had this and I told the dealer about it and he said that there was a service bulletin about it and he would check if mine applied. It did, and so I got new front calipers, brake pads and callipers.
