I installed a turbo cooldown timer (apex) in my 04 and It works great. the only problem is that now I have a engine light. the codes are P0480 and P 0243. I looked them up on a trouble code site and the codes are :

P0243
Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid A Malfunction

P0480
Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit Malfunction


I just dont understand how a cooldown timer can throw these codes. The truck runs fine, everything normal.... Any Ideas?
