Dual Exhaust
I recently purchased a '96 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport. I am interested in putting dual exhaust on it. Before I go to an exhaust shop I was wondering if you guys could tell me about how much it cost to get a simple dual exhaust system payed for and installed because if its too much I won't even bother going to the exhaust shop. Thanx for any help you can offer me.

man i got an 89 dodge and it has a flowmaster, with the flowmaster exuast u have many tones to chose from. i got a single flomaster for both headers and they come out dual too the back with some nice chrome tips. My set up was i think 90dollars and i didnt like the first tone i had so the guy even change it to a louder tone for free. im plannin to get to straight pipes with individual flow master and cut the pipe 1 foot from the flowmaster i seen this set up on alot of cars and they sound hot *** hell. well good look man stick with flowmaster thats my opinion. peace!~!

what are you looking for? flowmaster gives you the tones and has nice idle sounds due to all of the chambers in the muffler. a Magnaflow has great sound opened up and a little quiet for me at idle, but i luv it, also it is straight through which is going to give you performance.

they take to pieces of long 3" pipe and then take some hangers and run it as striaght as possible out the back of the truck. then they weld to big chrome tips
