4.7 Dodge Ram 1500 tourq manegment

4.7 Dodge Ram 1500 tourq manegment
On my truck it seams like if I floor the truck it will take off ok but it takes longer to get going.
If I step on it lighter and around 1800 RPM step on it she takes takes off alot faster it is like a different truck.
Does the Trans have a tourq manegment on it and if so can it be bypassed I have a computer chip on it already and it seamed to help but the problem is still there.
I would like to get a littel more power out of my truck does anyone have any ideas.
It is a 2003 4.7 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad T/B Spacer Cold Air Intake with an K&N Air Filter,Flow Master 40 Series Muffler, Stage 2 Jet Performance Chip and a 180 thermostat.
