Cummins doesnt use Glow Plugs. That kind of crap is for Diesel engine who dream some day of becoming a real engine like 6.5 chevy's.
Your truck uses a grid heater placed before the air intake manifold that superheats the air and then when you start the engine it gets sucked in. My Cummins diesel starts better in the winter than any gas engine I have ever owned.
If you having problems starting you might first check your fuel filter.
