Default Installing an aftermarket gauge

I have purchased an Auto Meter Air/Fuel Mixture gauge. It is supposed to connect to the oxygen sensor. The directions say to connect to the signal wire that is between the sensor connector and the the power train control module. There are four wires and we have no clue as to which wire is the signal wire. Can anyone give any advice on how to find out how to identify the signal wire. The four wires are Black, Black/White Stripe, Green/Red Stripe and Orange/Black Stripe. Anyone have any clue? Thanks for your help.

I got one (03) online, can't remember where, and the other (04) I bought on CD from DC. The paper manual is alot more money, but I think I prefer that over the electronic copy.

If you look in your owners manual, I think it's in the very back, you'll see the phone number to contact for the shop manuals. They are considerably better than the Haynes/Chilton manuals and worth the extra couple backs. IMO

You can also look at ebay. I've seen them there as well. They are pirated copies though. I'll see if I can't find the link to the 03 manual online. The differences are not that great from what I've seen excpt for the PCM stuff.
