Default Driving Lights

I recently had a local off road shop add a set of IPF 960 rally lights to my 2003 Dodge Ram Quadcab 4x4 5.9 This vehicle has daytime running lights that are part of the high beam system

Th IPF lights use the high beam to switch (once they are turned on) to coincide the high beam. The IPF's were wired properly however with the IPF swiched turned off and the daytime driving lights on the daytime driving light relay buzzed. Any suggestions how to wire this unit without losing the daytime driving lights?

I am not sure I understand the question. You say that the New IPF's are wired into the High Beam switch correctly but when they are turned off the day time driving lights buzz?????
