throttle body or rockers?

after i save up some money, what should come first? 50mm throttle body or 1.7 roller rockers?

I would say headers considering you havent maxed out the exhaust yet. Then I would do a cam to really make use of that exhaust.

1.7 rollers is like having a slightly bigger cam... I'd go for the rollers 1st, then do the TB (after the exhaust though).

Will those 1.7s clearance themselves on the valve covers or is there enough clearance in the valve covers so that they don't rub it?

you will have to take the oils splash guards out of stock covers. or modify them for clearance. I've seen some writeups on it (not a how-to) but it shouldn't be too hard to modify. I've got the mopar valve covers, much better looking then stock
