2004 3.7 question
I have a 04 3.7 1500 2wd w/auto. I got the auto so the wife could drive it. (whole different topic by itself :> ) This is also my first Dodge.
Anyway, I've always been satisfied with past 2wd 6 cylinders in the past with a stick. I just haul light weight stuff and don't race. But the auto really kills the 3.7 V-6.
So starting at the low end of the cost range, what suggestions do any of you very quite bunch of 3.7 liter drivers have? Had I realized how much the auto was going to kill it on the low end.
Low end torque is what I'm after.

I had a v6 3.9 auto back in 1995, when I tried to haul anything considerable it wouldnt move, its a really bad combination the v6 and that transm. I tried with high performance air filters, I felt a little difference but, theres nothing really big to change that, (at least not a cheap way).
