I'm going to sound like an idiot, but I'm going to change out my spark plugs, but I can't find the gap that the plugs should be. It's not on the emmisions sticker under the hood. I'm going to install a set of NGK Iridium plugs. Anyone know the gap? thanks

 

It depends on the engine size ect (you didn't say)! The best source for the info is an owners’ manual but if you don't have one, a good parts store can look it up in their computer, just like they can tell you which plugs to get, the correct filter size and so on. Even if you didn't buy the plugs from them, look one up in the phone book and give them a call. Give them the year/make/model, and they can tell you the correct plug and gap. Good luck.

 

when ya purchase those plugs, ask at the parts store . autozone and checker list the gap for your engine along side the plugs in the computer. napa and car quest should also.
