I have a 2003 Dodge Sprinter 2500 RV and had a power steering fluid leak which ended up beign that the steering rack was leaking went ahead and replaced the rack and now the steering wheel acts like an arcade steering wheel with the feedback feature the steering wheel will actually try to kick back when you turn right or left.

 

I've had my steering rack replaced twice, and mine has always felt like it studders while turning. It doesn't do it every turn, but quite often. The dealer says theres nothing wrong. I would take a peek at the ball joints, wheel bearing, tire pressure, as well as the steering linkage between the firewall and the rack.

 

Has anyone else encounter this problem?

 

could be air still in system , but all sprinters do it to some extent
