I replaced pads, rotors, calipers on an 06 sprinter. When the van is off the brake pedal is fine when the van is on the pedal goes to the floor. I dont think its the master cyclinder so my only other guess is I bled the brakes in the wrong order. Does anyone know the correct order of bleeding the brakes? Or somewhere I can go to for help? I need this done ASAP and the only dealership that I know of who works with these is closed til monday. Help!!

 

My Sprinter service center did all of that in the same job. Brakes, sensors,and brake fluid flush all included. Made it good as new.

 

You usely start by the closest of the master cylinder like driver side first, than other side and back.
Are you sure that you did empty the master while bleeding ?
