Block Heater for 2008 Sprinter 2500
Our company has a 2008 Dodge Sprinter in purchased new in Los Angeles. We are taking the Sprinter to Park City, Utah for 3 weeks this winter.
1) Did all 2008 Sprinter 2500 imported to US come standard with a block heater or was it based on what region the vehicle was sold?
2) Is there a way to determine if our Sprinter has a block heater that was installed at the factory? Visual ques or Vin #?
3) If our Sprinter does not have a block heater installed, can you recommend a basic mid-range consumer level block heater that will fit a 2008 Sprinter 2500 turbo diesel?
4) Will the BLHTR07 Engine Block Oil Pre-Heater found on Sprinteraccessories.com help with starting/stalling issues the 2008 Sprinters seem to have in cold weather.
