Default Coil problem

I have spark from one coil but not the other two, any ideas?

I have replaced one coil and moved it around and still only get spark form the middle coil even if it is the new or old coil. any other ideas? I know it is not the coils.

Either the PTU is bad or the ECU is going bad.
