ok so since im doing all this stuff is there anything else on my exhaust u would recommend that i get since im already starting to do stuff to it. Like new downpipe or anything.?

You will get the most gains from a new downpipe (or headers), and gutting the catalytic converter (illegal) than you will from a cat back exhaust.

Ok so for best overall HP gains and performance, My best bet is to get long headers, a test pipe to replace the cat, straight pipe all the way back to a 3" tip? Or should I use a muffler at the end. I don't care about emissions.

test pipes are illegal, federal spec cars require 1 cat converter, and cali spec requires 3. A test pipe is a straight pipe put in place of your cat converters. Not all states do emission checks, so if yours dont, you will be safe with a test pipe.

ok well the guy said he wont gut out the cat for me...so how do "I" do it???

you gotta take it off the car, and take out the insides of the cat and put it back on. Easier/faster to just buy a testpipe from www.3sx.com and use that instead. Cats are messy and ****.
