i have a smashed passenger side window that needs t be fixed. i bought the glass for it and now i have to swap it out. i hear its a pain to change but? any help would be great. tricks/tips/suggestions

wanted to say thanks. everything went well. took me about 30 min to do it seeing i had to clean out all the glass in the bottom of the door.
