Tranny Shifting hard when out of park into gear only
Hello anyone who can help,
I have a 92 stealth that is a base model with about 147k on it. Just had a new ECU put into it and it was running fine. But a couple months later, every time after I start it for one it idles really high until it warms up. Then when I put it into drive or reverse it shifts really hard. After it is warmed up or is driving it shifts into all of the other gears just fine. Checked out the motor mount and it is fine. Been doing a lot of reading and some other things that others were suggesting with the same situation is that it could be the TCU. I really need some help if anyone out there has any suggestions or answers regarding this, I would appreciate it, thanks.

it happened to my car too. i have a leaking capacitor. you can buy the capacitor at digi-key.com or you can send it to ecmtogo.com. a reliable place to have your tcu and ecu fixed.
