Do a compression test for sure. Does the car seem to run OK? You could always pull the upper timing belt covers, set the crank to TDC and see if the timing marks on the cam gears line up...
i had a minute and check the spark on the car,i pulled the plugs from the coil pack 2 and 5 had no spark when the car was running,i also changed coil packs and it was the same .any ideas?
how sure are you on that.the guy i bought it from said he thought the timing slipped would that cause the computer to go bad or is there any relation between them.is there any pages online on how toset the timing ? thanks

Even if it is out of time, the coils will still fire.

All 4 cams are off that much? Wow, honestly shouldn't run well at all...that's weird.
Here is a picture of how the cam timing marks should line up.
