well i want to know how much it will cost to turbo my es , whats the best way to go about it, and if its worth it after 130,000 miles on it? kind of new to owning this only about 8 months

 

Ive been done this path many a times with my 93 es stealth and when i finally got it done my car got totaled cuz i got rear ended bad. so now im back were you are undecided if i should do it or not. If you are going to do it consider just selling your engine like i did. you can tt yours but for alot cheaper and less hassel you can just buy the tt engine. The cost would be $2900 at your door but it comes with everything new ecu tt tranny wiring heres the link. http://www.jdmenginescorp.com/index....products_id=45 this will bolt directly up you can throw it together in a weeknd and be driving to work on monday. I can even pull up the awd conversion list of parts you would need if you want me to but that is more around $6000 to do unless you have some very nice hook ups. And a guy on dragtimes.com has what i just described with the tt engine stock fwd running 13.2's!

 

another solution is a j/y turbo from a truck. I priced it a whie back and came up with about $1200-1500 single turbo build.

 

Yea that is also a option but that road hasent ben taken much and there is much info on doing it. I know a guy on 3sx has one you can see his car pic in the stick post on here on the 3si meeting its a single turbo but it spends most of its life in the grage ripped apart just trying to get it to run.

 

well all my plans r screwed now cuz yesterday i went to go get an alignment at sears auto center and they told me that i need new front hub assembly shock/struts and suggested back plus i got a loose wheel bearing so that well dish off my 600 dollar savings toward a tt/engine that you recommend? im gonna need two KYB shocks/struts and two strut mounts correct for the front right? because they dont seem to list how many it comes with here are my links
