Default ECU question

I hope you guys can give me some advice. It looks like my ecu is fried and can not be rebuild. The car is a 93 rt non turbo. By the year and month I should have a part#190662
but on my ecu is 159963 which is for 92. I checked and so far autozone gave me a quote of 275.seems to be the cheapest. So here are the questions. Are those two interchangable and if so which one I should take? Where would be the best place to buy?
Also somebody told me that if I change the computer I should change the idle speed control motor because those can burn the compters out. I did not have the problem with the idle so far only week sparks on first coil. Thinking back when I used the A/c the engine did not rev up but it was so for more than a year.If you have read my previous posts you know I have a nightmare in the last two months and spent a bunch of money so any advice I do appreciate. My computer was good a month ago at the time the timing belt jumped. Thanks to Bobby who lent his computer they could find that this time it was the ecu
Thanks again

Default RE: ECU question

if i recall correctly the 93 was still a first gen so the computer should be interchangable with 92 year. It is possible the computer been replaced before
EDIT: actually i did a little bit of research and it seems like 93+ cars had different sensore setup so that would mean different computer.
I will try and see if i can find a part number in the manual that i got some time tomorrow around midnight
EDIT: i tried to mess around in CAPS program but couldn't finad anything
