Default What are the best replacement shocks?

I have 120k on my original shocks & struts on a '94 SOHC. I know the Stealth needs two struts in front and two shocks in the rear. Should both the shocks and struts be replaced at this point? I'm pretty much feeling every bump in the road, so would like to get something that provides good handling but also a smooth ride if possible. I don't mind paying top dollar as I commute a long way to work each day. Can someone suggest some quality replacement shocks/struts for the Stealth?

stock replacement struts:

^those should be good enough for daily driver
a set of Eibach lowering springs would be nice too, will get rid of the gap and have better handling
new coilover kits:

I've heard pros and cons on the Intrax lowering springs. They lower the car more than the Eibach but the ride according to one person was stiff.
