"i have a 92 dodge stealth es it has a 3.0 dohc the tranny is a/t i just got it and it was just rebuilt 5000 miles ago and it will not go in any foward gears reverse is fine no slip , the fluid is not burnt but the car has been sitting for awhile.when i put it into d i hear a clicking noise like its trying to go into gear ,the clicking is comeing from the tranny i figure its the( pcsv pressure controled silonoid valve)do you think that could be the problem?if so how hard are they to change? i more question will a 92 3000gt tranny fit into my stealth es ? thank you very much for your time. david"

 

the tranny from 3000gt will fit, definitely check pcsv to see if it's damaged or wiring disconnected. Also could be sticking valve body and check the linkage
